- Standard Hourly or Daily Based Plan
This plan is flexible and cost effective. No service contract is needed. Give us a call and explain what you need. We offer preventive maintenance, repair, calibration and verification in a timely manner. Qualified service is guaranteed.
- Enhanced Service Plan
This plan was specifically designed for laboratories that have only specific needs for their service. Timely response is guaranteed! It normally includes 2 Preventive Maintenances with up to 5 breakdown call-out days per year. Telephone and email helps and supports are unlimited and free of charge. The preventive maintenance and repair parts, consumables, and labors are chargeable. Additional breakdown call-out days are also available with discounted rates.
- Premier Service Plan
This plan offers a complete and risk-free coverage with all inclusive cost for the preventive maintenance and repair. There will never be an unexpected bill. You will get the highest timing priority for the service to reduce the instrument downtime. This plan covers all the preventive maintenance and repair parts, consumables, and labors. It normally includes 2 Preventive Maintenances with unlimited breakdown call-out days per year. Telephone or email helps and supports are unlimited and free of charge.
